Property Management:
As the property manager your responsibilities will include:
- Daily operations of the rental office, servicing customers with storage rentals and the lease preparation.
- Daily banking deposits.
- Management and control of all funds received at the self storage facility.
- Property upkeep and cleaning of all public areas & rental spaces.
- Report preparation, merchandise sales and inventory control.
- Truck rentals, collections and local marketing efforts.
- Working with the smartest people in the industry.
