Property Management:

As the property manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily operations of the rental office, servicing customers with storage rentals and the lease preparation.
  • Daily banking deposits.
  • Management and control of all funds received at the self storage facility.
  • Property upkeep and cleaning of all public areas & rental spaces.
  • Report preparation, merchandise sales and inventory control.
  • Truck rentals, collections and local marketing efforts.
  • Working with the smartest people in the industry.
