What types of storage do you offer?
Smarter storage. Smart personal, business, and vehicle storage. If you're relocating, renovating or reorganizing we have personal storage units available so you can easily store furniture, family keepsakes or seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For professionals, we offer business storage units where you can secure and easily access your supplies, file cabinets, documents and office furniture. What kind of security features do you offer?
We'd love to use the honor system but some people aren't "honorable enough." So instead, we feature surveillance cameras and keypad entry to ensure that you always have a secure, stress-free storage experience. We also have building intruder alarms, individual unit door alarms, and high-security unit locks. It's like Fort Knox here, but without the gold.
What are your unit sizes?
That's kind of a personal question. Okay, our storage sizes range from approximately 5'x5' to 15'x20' to extra large units at certain locations. Call our location for help or use our SmartSizer Space Estimator to determine the right amount of space for you.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes. We don't want you to be chilly. At many of our locations we offer climate-controlled units, which maintain a set temperature range to protect your belongings from extremes of cold, heat and humidity.
Do I have to sign a long-term storage contact?
No. We understand some people have commitment issues, which is why all storage is done on a month-to-month basis, and you can even pay online. Although if you really cared about us you'd stop by every now and then and say hi.
Do you provide dollies or carts to help me move my things?
Absolutely. We even have Wi-Fi at our locations. We do everything we can to make your storage experience smarter and stress-free.
Do I need storage insurance?
Though not mandatory, storage insurance is highly recommended to protect the value of your belongings. Some facilities provide storage insurance, or you can check with your personal insurance provider.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Yes. We offer vehicle and boat storage at some facilities. We have extensive experience helping people safely store their vehicles so they're good to go when you're ready to hit the road (or sea). Please check with the facility nearest you.
What's the difference between access hours and office hours?
During office hours you can buy storage and moving supplies on site and make payments in person. During access hours you can use your gate code to enter your storage unit. You can also call our toll-free number anytime or check us out online. Which you're doing right now. Good job, smarty.
